AI Revenue Engine for Media

Oakstone Publishing

About the Client:

Oakstone Medical Publishing, LLC, a division of Ebix, is a leading international supplier of products to hospitals, educational institutions and physician medical associations. They operate several different business units that provide continuing medical education credits; expert reviews and audio commentary of medical journals; products to assist dental students as they prepare for boards; and safety and wellness programs for companies of all types and sizes.

Challenge:

Oakstone operated two distinct and very different business units. They offered medical education and corporate wellness programs. Before working with us, they needed two separate systems to manage all their programs. They were searching for a solution that could support the requirements of both divisions in one place.

Solution:

Multipub allows Oakstone to manage all their products in one platform. Since switching to our system, their product line has expanded. It now reaches three separate business units. Multipub handles the complexities of each of their offerings, while connecting directly to their website. By consolidating to one platform, they were able to cut costs and simplify their operations.

Client Quote:

“Multipub has simplified our subscription and product management, and their staff has been great to work with too. A recent example of our partnership with Multipub was when we created an integration between the Multipub system and AvaTax to automate sales tax calculations and reporting.”

Steve Connor, Director of Fulfillment Operations, Oakstone

The Benefits of Multipub:

  • Manages a variety of products in one system.
  • Handles complex pricing.
  • Integrates with other platforms.
